It does not say anything about a roster update except the one for adding draft choices in for use in franchise.
There is usually a little longer break around the all star game and then they have an update which is mostly focused on Defense, Speed and other stats that don't get updated regularly during normal updates.

As of right now I have not seen any mention of it. I would not assume that there is but will be pleasantly surprised if they have it.

No. SDS has a handful of whales and simps. He's not the only one but very close.

A nice stream hyping this would be good but I guess they could not be bothered and some fans will see this and not be bothered and leave for a certain game coming out in like a week. I am not hyping that game or saying players should but IF the Devs and such cannot get hyped for one if not the biggest drop they do during the game cycle then why should we ?? -- even if it is good to great.
SDS do better
D-XP thing -- I could see them holding it to try and bring players back from the game that will not be mentioned
