Join in the middle of the season

I was wondering if you had the ability to do franchise mode, but join in mid season with players actual stats, injuries, and teams actual records. I know NBA and Madden have that option, but I didn't know if you did. That would be a great option to have and I would love for the ability to do that

No, I think the code for Franchise requires that as the GM you begin your contract in the offseason, go to spring training and then on to the regular season. Now, you can simulate as much or as little as you desire, even to the course of simulating the entire season (regular and playoffs) and in that way run through seasons in literally a few minutes of button clicking.
So, that's as close as you can come to doing what you desire.
