I would have thought when they introduced Tony Gwynns sig card in 19 they would have brought out puckett as well .

It has to be a licensing issue or his estate is asking too much for his rights. Same reason Randy Johnson isn’t in the game

Nah because I grew up idolizing Mauer and he’s a Minnesota born sports icon. His position means nothing. Dont make assumptions.

I went to High school with Dante Hall and Michael Bourn graduated with my sister. they are cool, but whatever.BTW I just put in an edit for Michael Bourn to be shown as from Aldine Nimitz in Houston TX instead of what the incorrect Baseball reference shows as Irving Nimitz in Irving TX. I know, gross. Coach Del Hinze deserves much more credit.

I’m sure they go after every hall of fame caliber player but can’t come to terms with all of them for whatever reason. Would like to see DiMaggio some day

Even growing up a Rangers fan, I loved Kirby Puckett and he might have been my favorite player to watch in the mid-late 80's. With that said, there was some controversial stuff that came out about Kirby's behavior after he retired or even right after he passed, which may be the reason they haven't included him. Phenomenal talent and one of tge few cards I would spend money to obtain in a Show game if necessary.
