Pretty sure you have to buy the game and you can just use the same account you use for 24.

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN It doesn’t seem to be unlinking properly. I will unlink. I’ve tried unlinking PS5 and switch. Whichever one seems to unlink both. When I relink it seems to link both even when I choose the one with all my progress it doesn’t seem to work. When I go on either console it doesn’t appear to be linked. When I try to link from the console it says it’s already linked to another console. I’m still able to see everything and even make transactions with the app. Nothing seems to fix it.

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN If my account isn’t fixed soon, I’ll be gone forever from this franchise. I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and they haven’t fixed it. Last I heard is they are forwarding it to someone else for further investigation or something. I’m about done.

@sbchamps17_NSW you don’t need to create an account each year. If you’re talking about your The Show account, it’s easiest to work with or create on their website (use a computer for best results).
@GoozeFn_PSN same advice. Do your account linking from their website, it’s easier. Log into your The Show account and unlink everything, and then relink.
When you go to theshow.com, click on account.

You need to buy the game. That’s all. If you have the game, install it and play it. If you mean start over, then create a new profile on your Switch and play from that one.

That's hard for me because it won't take my email address or current Nintendo switch online access, it said that I need it all new which is crazy

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN I’ve had them linked before and it worked great last year. I think something is happening that isn’t working by design. I don’t even care about the switch at this point. I just want everything back on ps5 and their tech support is giving me the run around. It’s been 4 days now with zero help from them. When I try to unlink the switch it unlinks both. If I try to relink the ps5, it links both. If it would let me unlink the switch and link the ps5 without automatically linking the switch with it, I think it would work.

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN On the website I’m unlinked. I’m still linked on the app somehow though. I can see my entire inventory, make buy sell orders etc.

This is so [censored] frustrating. Their tech support still isn’t helping. It’s been 5 days and we’re coming into the holiday weekend. Is there anyone from SDS on this forum that can help?
