Can’t play ranked

Can someone tell me why I can’t play ranked but I can play br… it always says network connection error occurred or something like that for ranked but for br it just lets me play. Please someone tell me how to fix this isssue.

Haven't seen that one but the only thing I can think of is squads. Maybe reset your squad and make sure it's S2 compatible then try
