How do I collect the first one? I know after collecting the first one you can exchange them for the rest of them but I can’t even get the first one?
Is there I pack I missed out on or something? Now I can’t finish the architect program without it.

You need to make sure they're removed from any and all lineups First. Including Mini Seasons and Events. Then go to Exchanges and exchange it. This will give you the pack in your inventory and you can then select a different captain.

No he's saying where is the pack altogether because he doesn't have one

Do you remember opening that pack in the beginning of season 2? Because if you did open it and you don't have it anymore then you most likely accidentally exchanged it in TA season 2 and if you did that then your out of luck

@sbchamps17_NSW that’s exactly what happened. I contacted support and they fixed it for me.

@bronxaccents_PSN Yep. You defo exchanged it in TA for progression in that division. I am not sure why they even make those exchangeable in TA. Anyway, loads of people did it in Season 1 and loads of people are doing it again in Season 2.
I accidentally did it when I was on a bender one night. Like @bronxaccents_PSN said. If you send a support ticket they will give them back on a one time basis. If they don't answer you within 7 days... keep submitting. It took me about 12 days to get mine back. But someone finally hooked me up. His name was Manny from The SHow support... if that was his real name. LOL
