I don't have a wildcard slot and haven't played solo ranked or tried to queue up. I'm curious if I would have this same issue as well.

Again people have said multiple times that they don't work on weekends and it's probably not high on their priority list right now considering multiple people complained about the foul balls so they are obviously trying to fix that

Everyone isnt having the problem.
I can play ranked just fine with a wildcard.
This is probably why it hasnt been fixed yet, since it only impacts a subset of the playerbase its probably tougher to debug
