Not earning gameplay xp

Not sure why but whenever I get out of a game it says no rewards. I know there’s an xp cap but I have only played like 5 games today. This is happening for offline and online games.

Are you hitting the minimum number of hitters (8)?

Yeah I played 2 full ranked games and a few conquest games and some showdown but still no gameplay xp definitely not enough to hit the daily cap
