Can someone help me? How are we supposed to get him when half the challenges are for Awards series cards that we haven’t got yet?

Do the moments, do the missions for 2B LF and RF(which can be done by anyone of those positions),you'll get the first 2 TN cards which can do those TN missions/pxp and that should get you to castellanos

Depending on how many stubs you own, you can can purchase season 2 cards to use for missions, then resell them once you have completed.
