Wild Card Rules?

I've just opened the first wildcard slot. Before I choose my player, I wanted to know if it's possible to change your Wildcard once you've activated a player in that slot? Or, do you have to keep the same Wildcard the entire season after you activate them?

You can change them whenever you want but if it is a pitcher they will not gain stamina while not on your roster.
