Cornerstone Captains Are Flat Out Missing!!!! (Help DEVS)

It turn out my Cornerstone Captains just aren't there any more. I picked Buxton in S1 and Stanton in S2. I went to exchange Stanton for Castillo and noticed I didn't have any for S2... just grayed out. I checked my S1 Buxton that was nearly P5 and he was missing as well. What gives? I could use some help getting them back SDS.

You could do this in Season 1, but you have to "exchange" them. Make sure that Stanton is NOT in any of your lineups, and go the the Exchange menu.

They are collectible, and exchangeable just like last season. You can exchange them as many times as you want but only collect each card once.

Maybe I wasn't specific enough. I mean they aren't there at all. They are grayed out in collections. I can't use or exchange any of them. See screenshots.

@grimmdogg23 are they in your lineups? Events? Mini seasons? Then they would not be exchanged.
Or if you exchange them in TA, if you even can? I’d imagine they would be gone.

You can't exchange them in TA. It is like they are just flat out gone. Here is a screenshot from the Exchange menu for S1 and S2. It just shows I don't have either season Cornerstone, like they were deleted.

@grimmdogg23 okay, did you check all of your lineups? Even if you haven’t played the event, you could have had a lineup auto generated.

And also, did you check your pack inventory to see if the Cornerstone choice pack is there?

Let me check my lineups. I have nothing in pack inventory.

Nope. They are nowhere to be found. It's like I never had them at all. Which is funny because my Buxton was up to Parallel 4. But, still shows empty in my card collection.

Then you exchanged it in TA by accident

They aren't available in TA for Exchange, are they? I don't remember ever seeing them in TA.

This happened to me at launch. Submit a ticket and they will put them back in your inventory. Took a couple days.

I did accidentally submit them in TA. Why would they be available for TA exchange? Just take them out of the pool. Totally my fault for not paying attention though.

@grimmdogg23 No it just vanished. I never did any TA exchange. If you exchanged it for TA, you might be SOL.

Im having the same issue. They are not in any of my lineups or mini seasons or any other mode. They are gone.

Well this saved me a new post, I just now saw you can exchange S1 cornerstone capts in S2TA, so my question is this not a good idea? I will not be able to get the card back? I would assume we could not
use them in TA exchanges but you can, please advise. Thanks -
@MrDeweyCoXX I would assume if you TA exchange a card, it’s gone from your inventory, even if it’s a cornerstone. I’m not going to test it to find out though.
