Unopened Packs

Hello,
Should I wait until the start of season 2 to open all my unopened packs?
As far as potential profit, does it make sense to wait until June 7th when there will be new players in packs? Thanks!!!

This isn’t Madden. Having a new season won’t change what players are in the packs.

But when the new season comes along, there will be brand new cards released as well. So in that case, if you pull a brand new card, wouldn’t that be worth way more than anything you can pull now?

We don't know this, because there are season 1 players in the packs (Jackie Bradley Jr for example)
I doubt thats changing the value of the packs either way though

I doubt it makes a difference. Packs like standard packs and Ballin is a Habit pack are mostly live series.
All of the more desired packs such as Vault, Captains, Season 1 awards, Homestretch, etc are all either specifically labeled as Season 1 or are numbered. So, new season 2 cards will not be added to them. They will just release season 2 equivelent packs.

@kingdutch_PSN I think there’s a good chance we get new season 2 gold flashbacks in packs, so I’d be saving anything that isn’t specifically a season 1 pack.
