Major Issue With Stadium Creator

I'm having the most peculiar issue with stadium creator. I can not get the menus to pop up for the Stadium: properties, field, or scenery. I'll press and hold R1 and use the analog sticks to navigate, and no menus pop up after I release or press X. Also, when I press control, no menus pop up to save or to exit out. I have to exit out of the entire game using the PS button.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Is there an error with my individual unit?

@ChazmoR4706_XBL I’m having the same issue on Xbox when I hold RB and press A to enter the priorities menu etc. it just takes me back to the field. I want to change the name and apprence of the field but I can’t
