The jelly bean cards were given in packs, but they don't do that anymore. You might want to send in a ticket and ask how you are supposed to get the jelly bean egg now.

There is a conquest that still offers jelly bean vouchers do it once get all 15

You also need to exchange the jelly beans for a for the egg voucher. Go to exchange and exchange items. Should be an option to exchange 15 for the egg voucher.
