The app won’t let me buy packs for some reason it drives me mad. Does this happen to anyone else?

Same except I’m an Xbox player (through game pass if that matters, idk) so it might extend past switch players.

How long do they last? Isn't just an hour?
Even with the job I had, which was a desk job, there were times where it was not feasible for me to get on the phone, even for ten seconds, during an hour period.

When I was in front of a class teaching. -

I have never been able to buy packs on the app and I mostly just “buy” the free ones but still get errors. Using the website works for me though
