Disconnected and can’t play DD

I have been playing the show a long time and all of a sudden I can’t play it anymore. Every time I try to log in it does for a split second and then puts me on the main menu and says you are currently disconnected. It’s not my internet because I’ve tried 3 different routers even my friends logged in to my account and tried so it’s an either account issue or game issue. I can play other games. I lost all my stuff in Road to the show mostly from online. I don’t know what to do I’ve tried reinstalling it I even deleted my account and tried again still does not work.
