They just bought the rights, published and released Super Mega Baseball and plan on doing more with it. Whether or not that includes making it more realistic or not remains to be seen, but they have taken over the SMB franchise...I also played NCAA 06 and 07.

@Sarge1387 super mega baseball is arcade, i doubt they have any desire to make a real baseball sim.

also to add, EA has abandoned basketball and baseball sim's, nba live 19 was there last, they knew they'd never be able to compete with 2k and they kno they'll never be able to compete with SDS having another baseball game sim on the market. If SDS had actual comp for baseball Sim's theyd go back to how they use to run things, the past few years were major signs they weren't making a profit, especially with spending on big names like Jeter, Randy. SDS could make a college game and instantly quad x their profit, SDS also has been sponsering college baseball stadiums around the country, I'd love for SDS to build a college baseball game.

oh 100% it's arcade. Just speculation at this point but there are a few rumours that they are at least interested in doing baseball again. I guess we'll see
