Are we being cheated put of XP

Ok, so hear me out.
When you attempt a Moment, and fail, I'm sure 99.9% of you just replay it by hitting 'X' (or the equivalent on a different console than PS).
Anyway, during that attempt you may earn XP by getting certain 'hits'. And it always shows you in the upper left hand corner how much you made thst half inning.
Well, I noticed something today. For the last hour I have veen attempting the 4 Hits 1 HR with Renfoe Extrene Moment.
Withing that hour, I've averaged 3 hits an attempt. Most have been homeruns whole a few have been singles. I've also had a few RBIs.
I noticed thst I was averaging 250-300xp per attempt. Yet when I exited the moment, after my 10th attempt, the XP bar showed me gaining 800xp.
So unless this XP we're earning, each attempt without exiting, is adding up 'outside the attempt' and the total we see on the S1 Reward Path Bar is bonus XP; if you don't exit after EACH attempt, we're getting screwed out of XP.

I believe the amount showing in the top left corner is incorrect and is based on the entire team’s production during the inning as if you were playing a different game mode instead of player locked. 250 to 300 XP per attempt for 3-4 hits per game is way too high to be your actual XP.

The number in the top left is cumulative for your total time in the moment.

@BiigD008 Mine definitely wasn’t as it fluctuated up and down instead of just going up.

Then what is the XP amount shown on the screen after you exit the Moment?

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X
agreed, I don't think it's the cumulative xp, for moments some attempts I get 200xp and the following attempt I get like 30xp. that number on the top left is flat out wrong.
