Why are these all golds? I have earned multiple of these and they make it look like you can get diamonds. Why never?

I never buy these, or packs in general, but did buy 1 to see how it works so get how it's frustrating to only get golds. I believe you can look at the pack odds to know the ratios.
Having said that, I did just earn one and pulled a LS Ohtani and Diamond Trammell, so basically a dice roll.

Just got done grinding for the vault packs, all gold twice, gotta love that 75% chance of diamond but getting gold, I hope everyone gave SDS a nice review in that survey

It is a 50% chance at 85-89 diamond in each pack. 25% of a 90+ diamond in each pack.

@fellspointguy correct, the odds of getting a diamond are higher than not getting a diamond, yet not getting diamonds like so many people have reported is a statistical improbability event…. unless of course SDS does not show correct odds or they purposely fix the packs, which both of those are likely.

I stupidly bought 2 during the flash sale just to see how they worked and got another one free, from wherever it was. 1 pack was all golds and the other 2 packs were 3 golds and 2 85-86.
Never buying another one of those lol

Never give them any money in general is my opinion. That kinda goes for any game. If you pay full price for a digital game and they STILL make you pay for additional content then that company go copulate themselves.
Not only are packs worthless and expensive, it's $50 just for a reasonable amount of stubs to buy an average card on the market.
I only play this game because I enjoy the virtual baseball gameplay. Nothing about the content is valuable or worth paying money for. Cash grabs. That's it. It's worse than gambling because at least with gambling there's a chance of actually making profit. -
So they fix the vault packs now for new content but does not change that they were false odds before this, no apologies just a quiet fix to keep people quiet

Odds were never false. Stop spreading fake news. Old odds were 1:2 85+ 1:4 90+ now diamond is guaranteed as of noon today

@Tylerslikewhoa There's no way to verify odds are working as they say they are. If the odds say 1:50 for a diamond and you buy 100 packs and only get 1 what's the response? "Well there's no guarantee when dealing with random things. You just got bad odds."
The game gives [censored] packs but just throws them at you in hopes you buy more. Occasionally you get the diamond but that doesn't allow you ANY way of testing the true odds. It's not uncommon for mobile apps and other games to have their "packs" or "loot" crates to have their pack odds fluctuate depending on how much money is put in. That's already been proven in court no less.YOU seem to be the one who doesn't know what you're talking. To accuse SDS of this practice is not even remotely close to unreasonable. Have you seen how much the average meta card costs in stubs? You clearly don't care. You'd rather jump into defense mode under the boot of SDS.

@AdeptOfMemory OMG you're such an A$$; EA has been and still is in hot water over these things, especially as they are targeted at a portion of their fanbase that are minors.
I get you don't like the game and all, and some of your points may have been valid (hard to remember when you utter one coherent thought sandwiched between mountains of [censored]), but please stop talking out of your a.s.s. like you know what's going on or what you're talking about. You totally discredit yourself daily with your stupid theories.

haha where’s the fake news? Did you receive a diamond card in your vault packs before today? If so than good that’s the higher probability, if you did not receive any diamonds like I’ve seen several posts and photos from various outlets as well as the packs I opened, than that is where the “fake news” you claim comes from. Having people buy and grind for packs that claim to have higher odds of diamond cards only to give them lower cards and just say oh well, pack odds have been terribly inaccurate for years in the show and now these packs just help confirm it, which is why they made the change, no apologies because than that would be admitting odds were wrong or they did not abide by them
