Challenge failed

Every time I try the play any online mode I get opponent fount and then challenge failed. I have searched and can't find resolution. I have deleted and redownload. Change setting to no cross play. Reset router. Nothing is working even bought a new version still nothing. Any other game works that I have it's just the show 24 please help
