Things like this, will ensure the problem is fixed or someone will lose their job. The heads at SDS and Sony aren't going to allow themselves to be embarrassed on live streams in which MLB players are competing in a league format.

I hope so. That's extremely embarrassing for SDS
it'll get fixed, I don't think this is the first players league stream where the fielding issues were broadcast, I also heard pitching issues were prevalent on Blake Snells stream as well. You can't operate an E sports title, especially while promoting it with PRO PLAYERS and have game breaking issues like that broadcast on a live stream. I would be very surprised if its not fixed by the end of the week, and by fixed I mean fixed, not 10x worse.

I just accept it for what it is at this point. Fielding is straight garbage. No way a diamond fielder runs right by a ball thats not even moving 2 inches from his feet. Yes that happened today and a run scored because the animation of him turning around like hes trying to complete a perfect circle aka hes slow as fuk to get to the ball that he should have never went by passed happened.

at least your players move to the ball, since the latest patch fly balls will go up in the air and my player just remains locked into his defensive ready stance, can't move him at all, I can just watch as the ball drops and wait for one of my outfielders to come get the ball, thats happening pretty frequently to me lately in online and offline play.
I have decided to take a break from online play until these issues are fixed, I am not a great player to begin with so its extremely frustrating to watch a good performance completely destroyed because my player wont move to field a ball.
