So many, and understandably so, are concerned they won’t get to the XP bosses.
Seems even more worrying that players won’t even get one big card from the Season One progress.
If you’re not buying packs or LOTS of cards off the market, there’s little chance of MAYBE getting more than one of Brett, Mays, or Paige—if at all.

SDS has the stones to call a pack a 'Classy Pack,?
Well, they had to come up with something. There have been so many packs that they are running out of names.
By the way, the Yankees are up to 32 extra cards so far while the Rays are still stuck at 9. Sorry Rays fans.

So who is next week's new legend? Tino Martinez?
I honestly don't know what they could do about the Rays. No Topps now cards because they havent done anything to get Topps to print one and their most popular player is hitting .140
Coming soon to a pack near you: Pity Ryan Pepiot

Why are you apologizing? It should be SDS' job to post this on their forums, not ours.

So we get an 85 CC and a City Connect Jersey. A 45 minute Conquest and our usual weekly program. While the best cards drop in packs.
Yup that's par for the course this year. If the Map had some good hidden packs I'd feel different, but I'm not holding my breath.

Free vault pack from the collection path as well as finally adding season awards pack in that program.
I suspect the rest of the year will follow the general trend of TA release > pathetic content release > ok content release > pathetic content release > new TA. We are in the pathetic week.
Any person who spends stubs on packs today is a fool. We are getting flooded with 99s starting next week

So they drop a bunch more switch hitters that are too expensive for most players to afford the week after adding a switch hitter captain, do a flash sale that barely brings those prices down, and give us like 30 minutes worth of new things to do. I wish the player count would start to decline already so they can start actually giving us things instead of continuing to put every card people want in a shitty pack with a 10% chance to pull it and keeping the supply down for weeks.

Fair point. I just usually post these a little earlier for those who can't or won't visit X/Twitter.
But I agree with your point that it should not be some random old guy in middle America updating the users on their official forums of new content. It literally takes a minute or two to copy/ paste the image urls. So I am not sure why a community manager does not do it. Isn't that part of their job.?

@nflman2033
It doesn’t. The message is loud and clear this year.

Yeah. Honestly I was thinking today that my big problem isn't that they want to hold back good cards for packs, or even that there is a big imbalance of cards in packs vs cards in programs. It is the lack of special packs in programs. Giving away packs in programs helps to keep market prices reasonable. There is always a chance SDS can turn it around, but what I think is they want to pick up as much money as they can from the big spenders before NCAA drops.
Once NCAA is out I suspect things may start resembling what we are used to, but for me that's too little too late.

Just vote with your wallet guys...keep it closed....we can influence this direction they are taking.....as brutal as it is

By late July the game will be more friendly with or without NCAA, that's just the way it will always work.
And player base declines post all star break either way.The whole threat of 'you are too greedy, Im going to play an EA game' really doesn't give them any incentive to be less greedy because you are telegraphing that you don't care about greed.
I would think the extent of SDS thought about NCAA is 'maybe we should have a killer content drop for the All Star game this year to hold the on the fence people off from NCAA until the season starts'
I believe the second season end is around the start of college football season plus release of Madden, so they dont seem to be too concerned with those things.

I want that Bobby miller card, but I’m not gonna buy it
