How can you get to 870 one week then the next you can’t get out of the 400’s?

This game is just bizarre. Has anybody ever played another sports game where you can be playing at a top level and then within the same week you can’t even get out of the basement games? I’m being serious, I don’t understand how this is possible. How can you go from CS, One or two wins away from WS to not even being able to get out of the 400’s? I can beat someone that is 100-12 and then lose to someone who is 30-40. It just doesn’t make any sense to me. Most games you know where you stand in the food chain, Not this one lol. Would love for someone from SDS explain this. But I know because I didn’t get stubbs that I paid money for this won’t get a response, Right? lol, Of course not.

Are you playing on all star difficulty? If so, that explains it. AS requires no skill and the only factor is RNG. Just gotta hope the dice roll in your favor the next time

Right now I’m on AS difficulty because it’s a new season. But even when I’m in HOF it doesn’t matter. I’ll win 14 of 15 to get to CS then I’ll drop 10 in a row till I fall all the way back to WC or PR. It’s just weird imo, Never experienced this in any other game other than The Show.

I just lost to a WS player and he did not deserve it. He gets a good good homerun to take the lead but the next inning my just early squared is a deep fly ball with trout, a good good with moncada fly out. The next inning early squared homer. This game is such a mess, I’d rather okay showdown then RS

I got to 870 then went on a massive losing streak and fell to WC. The season ended and then I was started at 450.

It goes by where you finish. If you finish 800 or higher you start at 650 next season. Unless they changed it and people are starting at 700 now?

I finished just above 900 and the new season starts you at 700.
