defense urgency

Does SDS not realize you have to have some urgency in defensive situations? I shouldn't have my 3rd baseman take his sweet [censored] time throwing home when a runner breaks on a normal ground ball. That cost me the game. Please SDS, get some input from guys who played past daddy ball.
