With how long the TA C2 grind is, is MTO a viable option to progress in the programs?

I did it on Dynamic for C1 and only got 24K (I was eliminated in the postseason). That wasn't enough points for the effort. You can potentially earn 72,500 on All-Star if you win the World Series - now that would be worth it.
