Program Progress after game blank - Xbox next gen console

I have been playing the game since its release, and since then, the after-game progress screen has been blank. I already deleted the game and reinstalled it, but nothing works. Does anyone have a solution?

Last gen console? It stopped showing up on last gen consoles a few years back.
