RTTS Corrupted File

my file was corrupted and I emailed support, a few days later I logged on and my file was completely gone! I am very very frustrated by this. and no one seems to have any answers as to what is going on

Yup my save file got corrupted this morning as well. I was a SS for the Rangers playing in my 8th Season. I noticed the game froze a few times earlier when I was playing the Nationals. Once the game was over the camera panned to the crowd and wouldn't advance from that screen. I restarted the PS5 and played the game again, same thing happened, it froze while the camera was focused on the crowd and I was force to close the app again and replay the game once again. This happened 3 times before the game finally allowed me to advance to the next game. I played around 3 or 4 series after the crashes and everything seemed fine. I shut down the console and came back to my game about 6 hours later and when I tried to go into RTTS I received a message saying my save data was corrupted and the game prompted me to create a new player. I restarted the PS5 and tried to get into my save multiple times and nothing has changed. My file was still corrupted. Needless to say I am sick to my stomach. I have so many hours sunk into this game and all of that progress is down the drain. I finally just accepted that the save was gone and I started a new player. Somehow all my diamond gear and perks are still there and I didn't lose any of my stubs. my new player is a 86 overall playing in the AA which is hilarious. But this is my last attempt with this game. If this save file ends up corrupted I will not do this again. The game will go right back to Gamestop and get traded in towards something else. So hopefully San Diego Studios are fully aware of this and they patch this issue soon. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.

Mine just got corrupted after this update I'm playing on the switch I was on my second year and still in Triple A but was on the 40 man roster as I was part of the spring training team but opinion back to Triple A again I was playing it just fine earlier this morning and now all of a sudden it's corrupted hours wasted that I will never get back.

Just happened to me. LF for twins. 85 overall, very frustrating. Any updates?

I’ve just started making multiple save files for each player and saving them after every series or before I log off. That way if one corrupts, hopefully the others don’t

I have a 97 overall right fielder on the guardians, saved my game. Then went to check out the new equipment, then tried to go back to my file to apply the new stuff and my file got currupted. Extremely livid rn I had to create a new one. They deleted my whole file. Something needs to be fixed or bring back the “ball player” so we keep our progress

Finally connect to the network yesterday, play a couple games, turn it on today and it’s corrupted. Always something innit?

Duuuuude I had a 99 overall SS. I beat Barry bonds HR record and was heading into the World Series but decided to save it for next day. I log in the next day to my file being corrupted and gone
there’s no way I’m starting over. I’m so livid -

Had a SP/CF player on the Pittsburgh Pirates. Got through an entire season and another to the first NLDS game, restarted the game, and everything was gone. Said that the save file was corrupted. I had 200+ hours, 210 home runs, a BA of .576 and ERA of 2.65, and it’s all gone. Couldn’t be more frustrated.

My two-way player beats Barry Bond's record in HR.And the record of RBIs, hits and hitting streak as a hitter.
Break the strikeouts as a pitcher, ERA is crazy 0.56.
I was saved the data for playing playoff next day.
But my saved data also corrupted.
That makes me crazy. And back to play the show23 LOL. -
I was 18 seasons in on my career and i turned off my ps5 then back on saved saved file corrupted ugh how to fix our is a lost cause

Not Just ATL Teams, I'm on LA DODGERS and it Says ERROR CANNOT LOAD SAVED DATA BEKUZ ITS CORRUPTED...
ALMOST 3 SEASONS IN THIS HAPPEN -
I was at the end of my 3rd season as a closer about to play in the alcs with the red sox and had file cannot load because it's corrupted..... I'm literally so angry i couldn't react because if i did something would get broken..... Tv or xbox or maybe both.... I was in love with this game but now i think i'm just about done SDS does not care they make too much money to care about a few hundred unhappy gamers.... Worst part is it takes AGES to improve a closer and bit by bit i was starting to dominate. Career era 1.73 and whip around 0.55 in my 3rd season on legend..... And was in playoffs for once as i decided to not play for colorado....
