How to reset your player and start over in the Show

Hello, how can I switch my road to the show player to a 2 way player as a pitcher. I want to delete my initial player and start over. Thank you.

Just delete the RTTS save file and start a new career. Since your player is no longer accessible outside of RTTS, it's existence is directly tied to the RTTS save file.
