I’m with you, hit outlier perk doesn’t work
His 4SFB doesn’t hit 102
I used him, and then the next event game using JR Richards, it’s obvious that Skenes outlier perk is bugged
Richards fastball was routinely 99-102 while Skenes topped out at 99
Very annoying. Was hyped when I pulled Skenes but not as much knowing he’s bugged

Most outlier pitchers hardly ever hit 102. Seems like this year the fast all speed vary alot. Using Bautista you'll throw a fastball at 103, but the next one is 100, then the next one is 101. Randy somtimes throws his fastball at 99 with green stamina.

Just used him again, full stamina, topped out at 99mph on the four seam

What @go4stros25_PSN said is true. Also, I would still use Skenes; not every pitcher needs to throw 100+Mph to be a good card.

Agree that you don’t necessarily have to have outlier to pitch effectively
But the principle is that he has the outlier perk and it simply doesn’t work. Pretty bad look on SDS’s part

You make a good point. I just know there are players who rely on the outlier quirk. I did not mean to assume you.

I actually prefer finesse pitchers like Brandon Webb and Maddux
Players in Ranked rating 700+ are pretty used to high velocity. I find that most struggle with slower pitches more often than not
