Contacting SDS?

Genuinely curious if anyone has had any luck getting in touch with SDS. I’m 19-7 now with 6 of my 7 losses being “lost connection with opponent” at random points in the game. Maybe 1-2 freeze offs. Admittedly I was also losing a couple of those games. Not looking for anything wild, but a reset of those games would be nice, or score them from where they were. So many of us are punished for the poor quality SDS continues to put out. For reference, my download is 400-500mbps and upload 100-150mbps. I know it’s not a me issue

They have never done that, never will. Not for you or your opponents connection issue. Even though their servers are the one flaking out. In the end it will be one of you guys losing connection, and that's all they will see.

Sounds like it probably is something on your end. I haven't had a single disconnect or freeze off the last two years. You can submit a ticket, but I doubt they are going to change the outcome of games.

Wifi or direct connected via an ethernet cable?

@GRiZ__21 Yes it is. No matter how “fast” your internet is, even the slightest interruption will disconnect you from an online game. I know this from years of experience. But sure, SDS just hates you and you’re the victim.

@kingdutch I was trying to reach sds to see if there was an issue with my account/downloaded copy. Like maybe the coding was off. I have since reinstalled the game and turned off cross play. Haven’t dropped a game since. But you go on about my internet. I’m not your typical crybaby on a forum. I was looking for constructive help, not your incessant whining. Thanks
