It is true that gamers will complain about everything.
But they also should have addressed the minority complaints that some people had about too much content last year in a way that didn't impact the majority. There are a number of ways this could have been done, but instead they chose to simply slash content.

When did it become acceptable to just trash other players for having an opposite opinion and I am not talking about calling them "fanboys" but saying stuff about the OP implying he should not be teaching and such. I realize coming from me this is off but I came clean ( in another post ) and said I needed to chill a little when it came to people who defend this game.
What I find strange is even a lot of the top players are calling SDS out for this year not just people like myself who post a lot on this forum ( too much at times ) . Are all these players wrong too specially since they are the one's who prolly buy stubs or are streamers who buy stubs as tax write offs for there career as a streamer ?
It's possible the people complaining ( including myself ) should chill out and take a deep breath and let it play out for another month or so. However it's hard cause we ( haters as some would call us ) just want to enjoy this game like we have in past years. I do not think that is too much to ask and the fans of SDS need to stop acting like we the people who rip on SDS are acting like we spit in the face of your parent or something.
I am pretty sure SDS can defend themselves and IF others and myself have crossed a line in expressing our opinions on this game they would have warned / suspended or worse but they have not. This being the case we ALL need to take a deep breath and just STOP the toxic garbage.

It's all good! I teach teenagers, so I have thick skin. And the jabs at me are funny.
If I am the one "shaping the minds" of students, then their parents absolutely suck. I teach CONTENT, do it very well (TotY several times), get paid well, and even tutor multiple subjects and teach guitar on the side. I also have a very flexible schedule (cf. today). I'm good, so keep the flings coming if it fulfills you

My record vocalizing concerns over the direction SDS has taken are clear. What I do that's different than the petulant is apply rational logic with tempered emotions over a VIDEO GAME.
But yeah, real big bootlicker.

Gatekeeping xp and stubs and not releasing offline content are the real issues. I don't care about them trying to sell packs, but at least let us earn 1 pack in a program.

I’ve happily played this game for many years. I’m not sure what it is about this iteration , but it has yet to really draw me in. I think if we were given some additional conquest maps and maybe some player programs between the TA drops I could be a little more invested.
I don’t consider shop packs content drops. Maybe you guys do but that has been the majority of the content since launch. Hopefully things will ramp up as the season goes along but the model so far has imo been extremely dry for the casual offline type of player. There are only so many times I can do mini seasons. TA did go quick and like I said maybe more conquest or player programs is the answer.
Regarding the packs. There are certainly far less opportunities to earn quality items this year outside of buying packs with Stubbs. Anyone who says different is just silly. I really do believe that tomorrow’s TA2 drop is a pivotal moment for a lot of people including myself … if they drop a ton of 90’s or 91’s this forum is going to explode. I won’t be here to see it I’ll just uninstall and hope they can correct it later on. If not there is always next game

@urbanphilosophy they already announced all the cards dropping tomorrow and I believe someone posted the screenshots in another thread. The TA cards are around 93-94 and the Ranked and event final reward are around that as well, maybe even a 95? Not sure. Either way they should hopefully be better cards because I agree with your other points.
