Need More Game Options

For many years now, the only 9 inning game mode with any rewards is ranked, which is insane! They should at-least add the option for 9 inning mini season?!? Would not take any effort. Some of us like using a SP longer than one inning, like real baseball.
Just please offer more game modes to play, game is the exact same as last few years...

@pbake12 We had 3 mini seasons last year. Not sure why they went backwards. I’d like a 9 inning mini season and you could even make it less games.

We used to have "Extra Innings" which was nine-inning offline games versus CPU-controlled DD teams. I always requested they make a season mode around that. We finally got a season mode, but it was 3 inning games (Mini Seasons). I would still love a nine-inning version of mini-seasons (I could do without the cut scenes though). If nothing else, it would just be nice to have Extra Innings back.
I'm still baffled that the premiere mode of MLB's baseball game has only two nine-inning modes. And it is really sad that one of those two is just VS CPU.

I liked the Lefty only and the righty only last year, made you really think about your roster for that. They should definitely bring them back IMO

I feel like some events used to be more than 3 innings, and then they had quick count events too, which I believe didn't even show up last year. maybe once.

I've been wanting to see an offline ranked. 9 innings. Opponent lineup and difficulty increases as you move up just like in ranked. You're just playing the cpu instead

Ah, I remember the Yetis. And other assorted teams meant for grinding XP. Probably the exact reason they removed it. SSD figured out "Hey people are making XP completely within the ToS and EULA, but not the way we want them too!!"

Definitely really fun, alot of decision making goes into all 3 of those

Another thing, even in other years when you would finish some programs there were also a lot of player collections to do. This year that got rid of all those too! Only ones are the season and live series. Ridiculous how they took so much away from the game this year that people loved. I want that Honus type collection again with the different series. I love and want to play this game, but there is nothing to do

I recently felt similarly, out of pack grinding options, but then remembered there's gonna hopefully be a ton of new content tomorrow.

-The themed ones are fun. I considered them the offline version of events
-Presentation nonsense absolutely has to go. My x button will be happier

-SDS would likely need more legends from some teams, but it could make them consider the lesser represented teams more
-with 30 teams x 29 games each this would help ensure the vast majority of us dont run out of content -

But I think a few years back they had an Old Timer's Program where you had to play certain teams, on certain difficulties, to unlock cards. With the main card being Babe Ruth.
I also liked how they did the Jackie Robinson Program a few years back where you had to unlock different overall cards of his. It was broken up into 4-5 'chapters' and there were Moments and stat missions thst needed completed using the various cards you unlocked.
I also liked the TA they had years ago where each team had their own Conquest Map.
