Breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day. That's Big Breakfast getting into your head.

I am 40. Not as old as some of you. I started playing when it was first released on Xbox and it took me a couple years to get to World Series but started to hitting it regular. I was that first year a .220 online hitter and now much better. I was able to get away with some bad hitting games but not this year. I am above 800 about you have to be able to hit no matter what now and it’s a struggle. I am 27-10. Last year I started out like 24-0.

Depends on your definition of old and the person. I’m in my 60s and there is no chance for me.

One day I really want to try to make WS. I get to the 700s then run into a guy who crushes everything I throw, and I deem the mission impossible.

I’m 49. The one and only year I made WS was in ‘17. I made WS like 5 times that year. Also the only year I went 12-0 in BR. I think if I really put the time in I could probly get close. As a previous gentleman stated, the game is no longer fun for me over 700. I have to use cheaters to see the ball now. It just isn’t as fun as it once was. I still like the game and more or less use it as a way to keep up with younger players. Otherwise I would have no clue who plays on what team.

I played a guy who pitched well today. Then I put up 8 in one inning. He quit, and I msged him. I said, bro, u pitched very well! Had me off balance! Gg's! Then he replies, ya right. U killed me in the 7th. This is why I give up trying to get to ws!
I said don't give up! You'll get there! Just don't be too predictable with your relievers.

Point is, you're going to lose games. But you'll also win! And when u play, make sure u learn from your mistakes! That's how u get better!

@virusts yea I feel that… I started I think 16-0 last year, and this I’m like 22-11 or something like that.

I’m 34. Last time I made WS was 2019. I could probably do it if all I played was ranked.

45 years old this year. Made WS last 2 years. Noticed I'm struggling a bit more this year, but still play pretty competitively. I think it's still very possible for us old guys, just a bit tougher overall as reactions slow a tick

I'm 69 and have been playing the show since 2014. Played on line for a long time and did very well but had my limits. For the last 4 years I've played with the Giants on franchise at legend level. I play in concert with the regular season. I keep my roster up to date and lead the league in hitting at .307. I'm 3rd in home runs and in the upper third of the league in most offensive and pitching categories. My record is 51-11 on June 4th. I play all 162 games and playoffs (it's nice to be retired) I also play with the A's although don't play every game. I play because I enjoy game play. I have no interest in being a masterful general manager. Whatever transactions take place in real life, I apply them to my franchise. I will create any player who's not in the game so there is no one with a more thorough roster. I have studied multiple videos on hitting , pitching and overall game play. Obviously, my reactions are not what they were, so I have to have total understanding of the game and complete focus when I pitch and hit. Because I deal with transactions everyday, I know every player in the league and many minor league players. I have a blast with this game but it can be very frustrating at times. I stopped playing on line because of the cesspool of people sending disparaging texts and the habitual quitting when I'd get ahead. It was no longer worth it. I love to talk about the game and different techniques that are used.

I somehow ruined this weekend by sneaking into the 600's (602). I don't think I have ever been that far up in the ranked and I know I don't belong. 64 years old with no reflexes. Going to be a long weekend trying to get some packs, lol

@soulshred99_PSN I’m 48…My skills have definitely worsened over the years. Used to make WS every season, But haven’t made it this or last year. The outlier fastball on HOF, I simply can’t catch up to the high ones anymore. I still hit 775 ish in RS but always lose that next game. It’s frustrating but Father Time is undefeated.

Its not all about reaction time , i played vs a real 99 mlb player and i destroyed him , his reaction time irl is probably better than mine . Its also about strategy.

Jim Abbott. Not really as much of a brag now, is it?

I turned 40 about two months ago. Been playing MLB since 2021. Made it to 700 a couple times and immediately lost on HOF each time. But, last night, I won 3 games in a row starting at 730 and made my first ever WS!!!!! I almost don’t wanna play anymore. Go out on top!
