When May I Have My Account Back?

My account has still not returned, no the linking thing does not work. Sent multiple emails. 2 Responses, 1 being the blanket response everyone got. The other was a "Ill look into it". Meanwhile Ive lost chances for the flash sale, XP cap for the 2 DAYS ive lost now. Ive put alot of time and money in this game and this is absurd.

I Woke up just now to day 3 without my DD squad. Linking fix did not work. Have sent multiple tickets and received generic responses. Please can someone let me know when I will get my DD stuff back? Missing out on grinding and new content is one thing but having spent real money in - game to play DD the way I want to and not having access to it is outrageous.
