Getting 15 jelly beans

I accomplished the entire easter egg program except for collecting 15 jellybeans i got 11/15. Whats the way of getting more?

they added a new conquest mission specifically for this reason (but still screws over the people that were at 84/100 towards the pack and couldnt play last two days)
