What am I playing for this year?

I mean this literally. I’ve done almost every program and my team is still the same for ranked. Also where’d being good at the market go, you use to be able to flip and do stuff. Now that you took the ball player out of DD it killed the flipping market because no one cares to buy equipment for RTTS at a fast enough rate to try and flip. And live series cards are still worthless so you can’t really even flip them unless you want 127 stubs a flip. There’s no grind, there’s play and lose or pay and win. And you’ll literally had a motto of grind to 99 where’d that go?

I mean, I play because I enjoy baseball, and video games, and this one has only been out for three weeks. But that's just how I roll.

They crushed xp. It doesn’t even feel like we are progressing through it because it’s so slow and the rewards are bad. Not only are they lacking, everything is no sell. All the good cards are in packs. This year is a disaster.

I guess besides xp being capped my biggest disappointment this year as an offline player is everything we can earn is no sell. There is no way to get a card you don’t like and sell it to buy a card from a pack or an online program. The only thing to do is grind 9 games of a TA mini season to get 30 packs and hope you hit something. That makes the game not very fun.

Yes the game is fun, SDS does a good job at that. But they need to do a better job at a power creep. There needs to be a lot of good useable 91s by this time rn that go into captain boosts and stuff so everyone has different teams and that promotes “fun”. The market is still a mess but that’s what I mean about what am I grinding for, mine as well turn the game on every 3 weeks and play for 1 hr. You’ll accomplish be at the same stuff then if you play everyday.

@Dinger_Dan19 Sadly it’s how I’ve played for about 3 years now. Wait for weekly chores, do chores, slowly progress. I have next to nothing to aim for or try to accomplish game to game.
Thankfully they at least got rid of the copy paste content missions and gave us few more specific ones for each division. Still so boring. Can you get hits? Wowwwwww you earned 25% of this weeks content and 5% of the actual program. Come back next week!

The only way I can earn stubs now is by hitting diamonds in free packs.

I have around 50k stubs, and another 60k with investments/cards I bought. Looks like I'll make maybe 2k stubs by next friday just by playing normal ranked games.
