    Tried logging into the companion app and my PSN account - which i never reset - still reads 0.

    @WhiskeyOne lol my companion app shows level 0 too. I’m mega screwed. Can’t wait for my 20 pack bundle and a “sorry for the inconvenience!!”

    @GuyIncognito55 me and guy over here are getting the shaft it sounds like. Most other people have some sort of stubs or level on their companion app. not us!

    It's honestly sad that this is even possible, I've been playing games for like 20 years and only when I was a kid did you lose all your progress like this. And it was always cause you accidentally deleted a file or lost the memory card. Ever since auto save function became a thing and cloud save this has never been a major issue like this. And to top it all off the lack of any sort of communication or timeframe on a fix is complete BS. Tried to relink and nothing all is gone stubs and hours of gameplay.

    I am assuming that if they had more info then they would communicate it. Do people want them to come back just to say that they are still looking into it?

    The worst thing they could do now is give an ETA for a fix and then miss it for some reason.

    EDIT: looks like the just updated Twitter/X and basically said that they are working on it

    Just turned the game back on, on my PS5. App and website are linked to my PSN account and console is connected properly.

    In all fairness to SDS they did say they are looking into the issue so give them until the morning / content drop time and if they have not made another post then feel free to roast them cause they will deserve it.

    @WhiskeyOne Charge back all your spendings associated with it, you'll lose your account, but at least you'll get your money back and you can invest it somewhere useful instead.

    @SuntLacrimae50 hit the nail on the head.....this whole time I've just been trying to get them to at least acknowledge the live roster crashes across platforms (now w/ this latest fiasco I'm all but resigned to never completing a 9 inning game....)

    I might suggest that the Better Business Buraeu might be a last option, assuming one has unlimited time to deal with this loaded diaper. I know I dont...
    -Besides, there is likely a line in the 79,000 paragraph acceptance page that reads something to the effect of: “if San Diego sells junk and refuses to fix it, you agree there is nothing you can do about it. So ha ha…”

    @WhiskeyOne I think they messed up bad so mine was linked on the website and app I unlink and did it again everything there go to the game and it’s not linked on console no possible way to do it they like nuked all the info I still have my team and stubs on app and website but not game smh

    @Calisgw same... but I was kinda bummed that I couldn't get on modes like Diamond Dynasty, Ultimate Team, MyTeam and plus GTA Online was a MUST PLAY for me in the early goings as GTA V had just came out that September and I got the PS4 version from my brother's brother-in-law because two people got him a copy of the game for Christmas that year and at the time I only had the PS3 version, so I purchased the PS4 version from him not long after he unwrapped the second copy lol
