Yup all accounts deleted

Just tried unlinking and linking my accounts again to get my main team back but nope! I don’t see my man in squad with 80k Stubbs and my level that’s 1 away from getting Alfonso. SDS reset all of my accounts. What a bummer. I really don’t see how they can fix things or actually see them fixing anything tbh. If thousands and thousands of people’s team had been lost or wiped it’s no way that they can truly verify who had what and who’s telling the truth. It just sucks because we all spent so much time on DD trying to get our teams good for SDS to have another glitch and wipe all of that progress away from us. It’s truly pathetic and sad.

@King_Lando112 surely there has to be a way to just "reboot" everything to how it was last night prior to the crash? Sure that will probably [censored] off people getting progress today that they will probably lose but still they can't just give the middle finger to everyone who lost their account...

I did everything like they said and could even see my correct account, and I can get it to show correctly online but when I get back into game no matter what it still says 0 everything, completely wiped. Which is beyond frustrating when almost everyone else is like yeah this worked for me. It’s like the console is still linked to the “new” zeroed out account it must have made when I started the game up late last night. And now even though it’s linked right it’s still zeroed. Smh SDS

My cards, progress, and stubs are all gone, and the method that people tried but it doesn't even show up on mine lmao. It just hurts bc I pulled mookie and was about to get randy with ranked esp with the time put on the game just to get thanos snapped away.

I messed up by attempting to start a new diamond dynastu thinking that would work.. hopefully they can get that one back. I’ll lose over 600k stubs cause all my accounts say 700 stubs

Luckily my account survived the SDS Thanos Snap, feel for you guys that got all their stuff deleted. They are probably gonna have to do a rollback (if they're even competent enough) to before everything got deleted. That seems like the only option at this point

I'd like to know how this happened to some but not everyone. Was everyone playing last night when this massive fail occurred?
I logged on today and thankfully everything was good to go. I feel for those that had this happen to you.SDS should offer some sort of compensation to all of those who had their accounts wiped.

@Dankmaymays I'm glad you still have your account, and yes I agree the only option I can see at this point is doing a reboot to prior to the crash. If I were you (and anyone still safe for that matter) I wouldn't be progressing too much in programs or anything today/tomorrow in case they do roll it back and you guys lose all that progression

From what I’ve read on socials, if your console was logged on to DD (or maybe even had The Show running), at a certain time there was some type of server crash that reset those players accounts
I’m luckily not affected but I feel for those that are. Haven’t seen anything like this since playing DD for the past 7 years.
Trying to think about how they’ll resolve this but I’m not too techy and have 0 clue how they can confirm how far players had progressed in programs.
Confirming/reverting card inventory shouldn’t be hard but with how long it’s taken thus far, and no tweets since 10:45am EST….that leads me to believe that SDS is having trouble figuring this out
Hope they get it resolved ASAP for those impacted, just terrible

@doobiebross66-72 I agree and I feel terrible for everyone that lost everything. The time that it is taking almost eliminates reverting to a backup to fix the issue. I'm worried that they are going to apologize and move on.
