@joshuadelawrence yes someone did say that like an hour ago, but they could have said something while I was typing that. That’s why I said something along the lines of “wait for official fixes”. That Victor dude only suggest unlinking… which for most of us seems to not fix the issue.

I never even had a "MLBTS" account to begin with i've always just played on my playstation with no issues I didn't even know this MLBTS existed until today thats whats so frustrating this dev is suggesting something I can't even make use of I'm just hoping for a rollback at this point or I better get a refund for my $100 bucks

That has nothing to do with it. All information is linked to your consoles account. So it wouldn’t matter if you relink or unlink or any of that. Some people don’t even have a MLB the show account linked with the website. You don’t have to have one for it to save data.

It just doesn't make sense the game works fine then the servers **** themselves and everyone loses their team along with their stubs and stats as well as daily double pre order bonus something you literally have to pay extra for?? Then the suggested fix isn't even possible for ppl like me that never made an account on this website or had anything linked to anything in the first place this just sad at this point

@joshuadelawrence dude… I get that. If they don’t even have MLBTS accounts then that’s a whole different thing. Again, if you unlink and your stuff isn’t right, then they’re still troubleshooting is all I’m saying dude. Unless they just put something out the only thing we were told was to try to unlink on the website and re-link if you see the correct stubs and level. If you don’t see the correct stubs and level… do you wanna try re-linking it? That sounds sketchy to me

Some peoples teams didn't even get reset so a lot of progress is going to be lost if they do a rollback of some sort which people aren't going to be happy about as well this is just a fkn mess man so ridiculous putting up with this if this issue isn't resolved there better be refunds handed out

@Victor_SDS Lost all progression in the game. all cards are lost, all unlocks are lost, all sets are gone. I also cant reset my password. I reset it and it keeps hitting error when I log in to my MLB THE SHOW account so I CANT link it to my xbox to fix the issue. Why is there no public twitter post about this after hours of messing everyone accounts up and the lack of customer support is wild. this is so lame.

Relinking account did work for me but blood pressure was boiling for 20 minutes or so.
What's happening SDS? I'm not one of those to pile on the negativity but all these issues at launch when so little has changed with the base build is really betraying repeat customer loyalty.
I can live with simple refinements to modes in an annual release if market leading base is seamless but this isn't the case and makes the noises that you have taken customers for granted all the louder.
Underwhelming.

They clearly lack devs or any sort of team that would be able to resolve this issue quickly, I just don't understand how this could be a possible server issue that only affects some people and the "fix" being circulated also isn't relevant to half the players this issue has affected because we've never used this website or made an "MLBTS" account in the first place. I just want my 88 hrs or my money back period this is atrocious man
