how to obtain quirks?

I have a 94 overall pitcher with no quirks abilities. Am I the only one that has a high overall player with no quirks? why is there no quirks for our RTTS players, every other sport game has superstar abilities and let you adjust them so why not here.

The last time I received a quirk was in '22.

I haven't seen anyone who's been able to obtain quirks this year and maybe even last year. I do believe we should be able to get and adjust them, especially since we can't take the RTTS player into DD anymore so it shouldn't matter at all.
