You don't get 4 packs your only supposed to get 1 and just exchange them when you want to try a different Captain. If you don't like it then complain to SDS about it not us. I only got 1 pack and so did thousands if not millions of other people

If you have 1 lock him in then exchange him for another 1 and do the same thing again and again until you have all 4 locked in then you have all of them in your inventory just can only use 1 at a time

@K9_21owl No you dont, cupcake. But if the completionist icon is that important to you, they'll probably put them in a program or a conquest sometime in the future. You can still get Mays, Paige and Brett without collecting every card.
