For the only knuckleballer in game that also throws 95.
I've opened around 120 standard packs, 15 Ballin packs, half dozen headliner packs and only pulled 1 Waldron. -
I assume everyone who wants a Waldron card to use, and not for the Padres collection, used to have a Submarine CAP with a 30MPH speed differential on their pitches. Just my assumption.

Considering there are 1200 live series cards on teams and hundreds that are free agents, combined with other rando player cards, pulling 1 is about the same outcome I’d expect as any other bronze.

Hence why I came up with a possible solution for the Waldron situation.
In other sports ultimate team games, the companies will raise the max value of high in demand cards when these cards go extinct at the current low maximum. -
just realized I have 5 of these stashed in inventory from opening packs.
In protest and to scr#w 4 people by making them wait longer I will not sell! lol
