How do people quit in the middle of a homerun?

Do they just go to the quit option or do they turn off their consoles ?

Turning off the console would probably work, but most people that do it just dashboard out of the game. So on PS hold down the PS button on the controller and then quit the app. It is annoying, but I love when someone does it because its a free win and the satisfaction of knowing how mad they are!
