Created player

Hi. I created a player in my franchise mode but for whatever reason they keep getting removed from the game without me doing so. The player has a high overall attribute too. Is there something I am doing wrong? This doesn’t happen with any other players on the team

Did you add your created player to a team? Then after save your roster. When you start a franchise you will have to load that roster.
