    @Zagergan So, I've been doing some testing. I can play conquest, but I can't load into any games vs Strongholds. I can play programs, but random missions will crash you.

    well imma try it once then and if it doesnt work then im back to my player mode i guess until they decide to care about us

I told support I waited for a patch patiently, after today's update for other consoles leaving Nintendo players in the shadows, I told them I need my money back... They fulfilled and now I'm just waiting on the money to get back to my account. The game is still on my switch still after my call today, so hopefully they took the money from SDS and still allowed me to keep my game ...

    Once the money is refunded; you'll lose access to the game.

    Would be interested to know if it stays fixed. It’s such an enormous file even though I have the cartridge I have to have more than 25GB free to download (which makes me wonder what the cartridge is actually doing). Plus it took nearly 3 hours the first time. I’d hate to try that again for nothing

    I just uninstalled. Gonna redownload while I sleep. I'll give update in the morning ...I could only play m2o. DD locked at tutorial for now

    Exact same crashes different day. On a side note u can earn a level 98 Dennis Rodman in 2k24 this week if u have the free time......smh

    I first had it installed to sd card, but then moved to internal but no luck. I will try completely uninstalling and see what happens

    I did an uninstall and reinstall today and I was actually able to get past the DD tutorial. I am still unable to play any conquest games, showdowns, and a few missions from TA. It crashes my game the same way launching DD previously would. Hopefully the next game update can come soon

    switch model has no influence on the game. its all the same GPU and CPU.

    all switch consoles are encountering the crash and bug issues. I have a normal switch ( I dont own the game), but my friend lent me his physical copy and it crashed all the time ( I figured out later he did so because the game was broken)

    The fact that they can’t even respond to the numerous complaints is just….sad. They have literally stole our money at this point. I play on PS5, however, I got the switch version to grind conquest, etc.

    I feel for everyone, this is not ok. Hope they figure this out very soon.

    I submitted a bug last week and then another support ticket yesterday and finally got a response back. Nothing new, no timeline given. Very disappointing so far.
