@pruevas2 one person recommended notifying companies that rate video games and try to see if they can get involved. Waiting for him to get back to me about contacting IGN.

Just curious. Is anyone been able to play DD.....I got level five playing online matches and got rewards. But can't access the DD team

@FloridaMan I am unable to anything but rtts. I have switch online and everything. Guess switch users are stuck right now.

Road to the show, March to October and Franchise all working for me but it's DD I really want to access.
Anything with a moment just crashes including the DD tutorial
Completely frustrating and can't understand why SDS are just ignoring switch users - just give us some news!

Turns out it's with all missions, not just DD, it tried storylines, that didn't work either. So far, RTTS has been fine, online exhibition, home run derby are both good. Just the missions are broken for me, making DD, and Storylines unplayable.

Can’t play DD on Switch too, it’s been many days. Can anyone tell us a possible issue fixed time frame?

@cjchao0922 There is no fix. SDS is on extended vacation since the game shipped (by "game shipped", I mean "since they got your money", because there really is no game for Switch users).
Vacation ends in about 350 days, when they have to change all the '24s to '25s and put someone else on the cover.
Despite our efforts, there is no indication that the team even is aware of the game-breaking issue for their flagship game mode. You'd think the fact that there is 0 stubs $$$ flowing in would be enough incentive to at least show some signs of life, but I guess the base $60 is satisfactory. Would make a great case study one day of how not to run a consumer business.

Yea I can play fine on my Xbox but the switch is ridiculous, only dd conquest will work no other modes.

Diamond dynasty won’t start for me either just crashes before the tutorial starts

DD crashes for me as well. The Vault is also completely broken for me! I can get into the vault but everything is blank squares where the rosters logos and players should be! Also no page numbers! The weird thing is was able to upload a roster and then see it on my ps5 version.

About 5 days ago (maybe 6 now) they said they are aware of it and working on it. That has been the only update. I did get a response from them by sending a feedback ticket and it was the exact same response yesterday.
