RTTS issues. 2 way player attributes

Please fix the attribute system on the two way players! I love to hit and pitch but there is no possible way to get to 99! RTTS has quite a few small issues that need fixed too

Calling my player a she
Attribute increases
Combine for two way player (highest grade for game 2 and 3 is a B)

I really hope SDS puts out a patch to fix these things.
