Why is Figgin's blurred in Posada moment?

Does anyone know why Chone Figgins' face is blurred out in the video introducing Posada's moment in Jeter's Storyline?

Almost certainly because SDS hasn't secured the rights to him.

In the Jeter storyline 96 opener I did hear the name David Cone

Do not be surprised if we get veteran versions of Tim Raines and Wade Boggs who where mentioned in that 96 opener and are in that lineup if you pause go to manager and look at the lineup

If I'm not mistaken the retired players have their own affiliation called the MLB alumni association
