Help ASAP

So idk what I did. I tried to link my Xbox account to my MLB Show account to get the free cards yesterday. And when I log in now my team and progression is gone?? So I unlinked my Xbox account but it’s still showing as if it’s a new game?? But when I go to the app it shows the team I should have.. can someone please help
