Mini Season Announcing

Lots of bugs…announcers talking about leading in certain stat categories on their team. Which is cool but they are always in correct.

Mini Seasons has had so many bugs and stats issues since they “revamped” it. Since last year at least. It’s annoying they still haven’t done anything about it.

My biggest gripe about the game is the way stats are handled in mini seasons.
I can only speculate that its because of the same player being on multiple teams, but that doesn't explain things like league leaders in strikeouts being nonsensical.

I haven't done mini seasons yet. Still grinding my team up.
Are they keeping track at least of the players stats correctly this year or is that still broken.
Would probably be my favorite mode to play if it actually kept track of my players' stats. Then I could record them at seasons end and see who my best were etc. -
@SaberWolf269 No they don't. CPU pitcher is based on the pitching spot you select. So if your changing your ace every game...that'd be why you're facing theirs.

He's referring to stats from CPU simmed games. The first pitcher pitches all of those.

@Teak2112 i can see how that would be an issue if stats in mini seasons actually meant something but since they don't...

Do stats in MS count as regular versus CPU stats the same as CQ and other offline modes?
I always like seeing how splits are online or offline.

@Ericulous1 yeah you still accumulate stats for DD but what OP is referring to is the stats page inside mini seasons where they show league leaders in Ks, HRs, Batting Avg, ERA etc. For some reason they never track right in MS.
For example, Satchel Paige is the league leader in Ks with 46...6 games into the season. Apparently that means Paige has pitched every game for his team and has gotten just under 8 Ks per game. One would think that would have him frontrunner for leagues best pitcher...and he's not even top 5. All 5 of my pitchers are lol
